We thank Ringside News for the transcript. It may be a while before we actually see Dean Ambrose return to the company.
In case you didn’t know…
One-third of The Shield, the most dominant faction in modern day WWE, Dean Ambrose was injured late last year. It brought the Shield reunion to a hold, in addition to a possible heel turn, as a lot of wrestling gurus were speculating.
The red flag went up recently when Ambrose was pulled from the AXXESS signing session, and replaced by Ric Flair and The Icon, Sting.
The heart of the matter
Mike Johnson believes that something is wrong, considering that WrestleMania is generally ‘all hands on deck’ for WWE:
Of course, this is all speculation at this point. Nothing conclusive has been learned in this very regard.
What’s next?
And so the long wait begins. Fans of Ambrose will either be elated that this was all a ruse, and he’s participating at WrestleMania or have to wait for him to return. We wish him a speedy recovery.
Author’s take
I don’t want to speculate on Ambrose’ return, without hard facts. Of course, I hope these rumours are false, and that he will come back soon.
He should be an integral component of the mix, upon his big comeback.
