On Friday, the 2013 graduate of the Pittsburgh school was all decked out as the Colonials, the No. 16 seed in the South Region, faced off against the No. 1 seed Duke Blue Devils.

“I live for games like this,” Hudak told Sporting News prior to tip-off. “This is the first game I’ve been to all year, so I had to go all out.”
Hudak knows a thing or two about going all out. Last summer he traveled to Brazil to support the United States men’s national team at the 2014 World Cup.
“My friends and I were at the World Cup in Brazil and were decked out just like this. A picture of us wound up on the front page of ESPN.com,” he said.
Just like the USMNT in Brazil, the Colonials faced an uphill battle against potential No. 1 overall NBA Draft pick Jahlil Okafor and the Blue Devils. The game is just a small part of the experience, though.
“You just can’t beat events like this, win or lose,” Hudak said.
